My flat in the 11th district was not in good condition to begin with, I bought it as an investment, and didn't renovate it, but because there was a leak from the upstairs neighbor, it became uninhabitable.
I was desperate because I didn't know any reliable contractors, I heard rumors that many of them disappear with the client's money, or provide unacceptable quality. 

Then came Gábor Iványi and the Projectsherpa team. They managed the renovation from A to Z. We had to demolish walls, replace windows and windowsills, replace the heating system completely, and to do this we had to move the electricity meters, which seemed like an impossible task in today's world, and as can be heard from everyone, an impossible struggle with the service providers which can last for months. 

Electricity lines and water pipes had to be completely replaced, new tiling, new bathrooms, new kitchen was needed.  It would have taken a whole person for months.

Gábor and his team organized everything: they brought in reliable professionals, arranged the utility permits, managed the purchase of materials, and even the selection, purchase and assembly of the furniture. 

Overall, it was cheaper for me than if I had struggled with it for months, and I went to check on the place maybe three times, so I had a lot of time left for my work and family.
