The purpose of our website is to showcase the work of our team providing a wide range of services, the members of which have trained as security professionals, private investigators and problem solvers or gained experience resolving legal issues and as soldiers in elite militaries around the world, in situations that seemed intractable to our clients.

My name is Gábor Iványi, I spent the late 80's in Israel, where my goal was to learn the language and to master the security profession to a high degree. In the decades since then, I have participated in several high-level professional training courses in Israel, the country admittedly a world leader in the field.

I speak English, Russian and Hebrew. I have attended (among others) the University of Pannonia, Pro Deo University, and studied private investigation at the Hungarian Police Academy.

I have been active in the security industry since 1990. I have spent many years working as a personal protection and security consultant and specialist problem solver in close proximity to some of the world's most prominent people.

I have also held senior management positions in a number of high-profile international security companies. The experience gained in these positions is also used in the company I founded 10 years ago, Security-Expert Kft. Even in their other activities, our clients can benefit greatly from the unique network of international contacts I have built up over 33 years.

Our team includes Dr. Csaba Korossy, who has 20 years of professional experience in the field of state tax administration and is also experienced in successfully climbing the "mountains" of diverse problems.

He started his career in 2002 as a lawyer at the Hungarian Tax and Financial Control Administration, then later managed the professional tasks entrusted to him in various managerial positions in the fields of regulation, compliance and control, for which he was awarded the title of Chief Professional Adviser in 2012. As Head of the Appeals Directorate, he was personally responsible for the national appeal and administrative litigation activities of the National Tax Administration for 6 years until the end of 2021.

He now uses his practical experience, managerial organization skills, creative problem-solving capability and extensive network of contacts in various areas of the private sector and international business. He is fluent in English, German and Hebrew.

Our team, "Projectsherpa" undertakes the management, control and organization of construction works, the selection of reliable contractors, or even the search for suitable real properties.
We can take on tasks from design, to full construction, interior design, garden design, you really just have to dream it up and then move in. 

Between the start and end point, you can spend time with your family, work, or practice your hobbies.                                          

If required, by the time you move in, the house is cleaned, a valid insurance is taken out on it, the Wi-Fi works, and a gardener is contracted to maintain the completed garden.      

What is the difference between hiring a general contractor and hiring us? 

We represent the interests of our client.

The general contractor has extra costs, we select the skilled workers individually, and thanks to our extensive network of contacts we can get discounts on building materials, which we pass on to our clients, thus “generating" our own fees. 

The whole project is in fact not more expensive with our fees, because there is nothing more expensive than when:

- the contractor leaves with the money already paid halfway through the works, or becomes unavailable for months.

- a technical fault is discovered at a stage where it would be overly expensive or even impossible to repair.     

- it causes a huge extra cost to do something forced in order to remedy a missing insulation for example. 

The service is not only available for newly built properties, but can also be useful for any major renovations.

If the property is not for residential use, but for business or industrial purposes, we can obtain the permits and contracts from the authorities, which would take up an immense amount of energy.
